I called these people to get my bf out,Jarah I belive is her name quoted me at 3000 dollars so I gathered that money within a day called them and they said fill out the application so I did that as well,called and multiple workers said yea go ahead and make that payment once it went through I called again just to be told that I was quoted wrong,so not only is this unprofessional but now I gotta disappoint my bf his mother his sister and our 2 year old daughter,and to top it off I gotta put an application in and wait 14 days to get my money back for they're mistake but when they wanted that money it came to them quick,maybe train youre worker's better so they're more knowledgeable,this is beyond unacceptable would never want anyone else to have to go through what I did,id give them 0 stars if I could.

Went to do the bond and the girl was irritated that we got there as she was about to leave for dinner. She tossed papers around and huffed and puffed. We paid the bond so our friend could get transferred to FT. WORTH to get a bond set there. The judge was out of town for a few days. The bond agent knew all of this when she did the bond. As soon as he got to Tarrant County they went off the bond and said he wasn't going to get out of TARRANT COUNTY before his DALLAS court date. Why did yall take our money? When we called they said they wouldn't re do the bond unless we paid them again! I'm not an attorney so I cant say if this is illegal, but it is immoral and unethical and takes advantage of people that are going through difficult times. I would call it stealing. Don't use these people. They really don't care about their customers once they get their money.

Stephanie from the Dallas location has been an absolute god send! Every.single.bondsman in Dallas refused to bond my loved one out because of a failure to appear that he had in 1996, yes you read that right, 1996!!!! Stephanie and the crew from Bring ‘em Home did just that, they brought him home!!! Him and I are forever grateful for Stephanie and the staff at the Dallas location. The application link on their website is a little bit wonky and we had to resubmit it a few times after not even realizing it didn’t submit the first time so be mindful of that. She is the only person I talk to you out of 20 different bonds companies that had any genuine care for what I was going through and did everything she could to make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I know I've been a bug about getting my ducks in order to pay but overall they made it easy with the different options to pay them: cash card online or cash app and zelle. The paperwork was simple and quick to fill out.
