I used this bond company and they were completely dishonest and unethical by claiming the bond amount was double of the actual bond amount and forced us to pay it and were harrassed and threatened they they were going to jump off the bond if we didn’t pay it which is a form of black mail. They bullied us week after week and we did pay it but twice the original amount that was required. Now that I’ve attempted to recover the extra 1000 I paid for no reason all I get is the run around until I reach a voicemail. This is not how you treat people or how to run an ethical business

Owner if this business is rude and horrible communication. They got you going back and fort. They tell you they will call you and 2 days later nothing. I called other bond places and they tell you straight out they cant help. I rather hear that than to stay on waiting for them to tell you they cant help. I gave them my money and they told me to come back for a refund 3 days later. I told them I was coming back for the money, the. They say they have to go to the bank because they dont keep that amount there. I come back the next day just to get the same envelop with the same money i gave them. Again horrible communication by upper management. The lady that helped me with the paper work was a love she knows what customer service is! Dont waist your time here like i did!

I was incarcerated and they possibly said since I have terms and conditions that I would be on probation once I get bail that it would take 12 hours to 36 hours to bail me out my mom billed me at 6 PM I was out by 1:07 AM. They get people out quick easy and fast one of the most quickest bills bonds and the best prices. Other people wanted 1200 for three charges and they only wanted 500. Most definitely recommend them got me out before Thanksgiving within under 10 hours

Great customer service, helpful and friendly. The main issue for me was filling out all the paperwork because their website does not give the option to save information entered as you gather other information requested so I had to start over multiple times. I mentioned this issue to a staff member and he said that he was going to raise the topic up in the next day’s office meeting so that their I.T. Department could fix the issue. If I ever have to bail someone out of jail again, I would definitely use this company again. 👍🏻

I called these people to get my bf out,Jarah I belive is her name quoted me at 3000 dollars so I gathered that money within a day called them and they said fill out the application so I did that as well,called and multiple workers said yea go ahead and make that payment once it went through I called again just to be told that I was quoted wrong,so not only is this unprofessional but now I gotta disappoint my bf his mother his sister and our 2 year old daughter,and to top it off I gotta put an application in and wait 14 days to get my money back for they're mistake but when they wanted that money it came to them quick,maybe train youre worker's better so they're more knowledgeable,this is beyond unacceptable would never want anyone else to have to go through what I did,id give them 0 stars if I could.
