My moms warrant became active again and she was arrested for the same thing due to poor communication on this company's end they assumed she would know certain information vs making sure to inform her of things she needed to be aware of and didn't make any attempts to call her during the three months she was out on bond after the fact to find out more they simply decided to do a bond forfeiture which resulted in her warrant becoming active once again leading to her second arrest I don't like that one bit I feel they should have informed her of everything needed to be done on her end at the time of being bonded out so this could have been avoided vs making assumptions and leaving her in the blind .

My thoughts 🤔 they were prompt to answer phone each and every time I called . Very nice and speedy (POSITIVE) (NEGATIVE) Who ever ran the paperwork to the jail to get are loved ones out not so fast Very Slow jail took less then an hour where to bonds runner took up to almost 3 1/2 hours.i think he or she could have done better considering they are in the Austin area .

I do not recommend using this nail service. They will be quick to quote you a minimum and blow up your phone about proceeding then take your money and stop communicating. After bonding my fiancé out it took over 72 hours for him to be released even though the bond company told me 24-48. They leave out the stipulations that you will be having to pay an exorbitant amount every two weeks to them plus a community supervision department which is basically a probation officer. Overall I do not recommend using them unless you are desperate and be sure to ask every quiestion you can think of because once you use them, their only response will be that they will gladly revoke the bond and you can pay again.

I would not do business with this company using a credit card. There is someone in the office stealing customer credit card information and using it for personal use. I hope you enjoyed those lemon pepper wings from wingstop and those haunted house tickets that total up to $300.00.They refunded a bond however, shortly after charges from 2 Fort Worth businesses popped on a said card. This card is never used except at this business. BEWARE!!

Overall, I was pleased with the company!Cesar was great to work with and very helpful! He was positive and gave me hope that I would be able to get my loved one out ASAP. He was straight forward and helped explain everything I had a question about.**The ONLY thing that I think may need some work..--Different representative answered each time with no knowledge of my previous agreement.. was a little stressful and frustrating.--Paperwork online was not clear; Had to resubmit 2-3 times; Delay caused release to be 24-48 hrs later than expected.

These folks are awesome. Didn't quite have enough for the copay but they were helpful in financing the difference. They made everything so simple. I couldn't believe how incredibly fast they were. The biggest hold up in the whole process was me. I kept messing up the online application. So I had to do it over a couple of times. But the runner that I was in contact with was so incredibly patient and helpful in helping me figure out what I was doing. Then once I finally submitted the paperwork he was gone in an instant and had my friend out of jail. Amazing. What a breath of fresh air. Someone who actually helps relieve the stress and anxiety of a very difficult situation. With Grace speed and patience. I couldn't possibly speak higher of these folks

Cowboy was trying to force me to pay the entire bond for no reason other than that is what the are told to do buy managemen. Seriously, all the times I've sat down there at bail bondsmans and waited around and had to go through so much of a process!Zach was not only patient with me, but when I say that my situation and that of my friend was uncertain and Wavering from our side, Zack was not. He remain diligent and steadfast with no extra unnecessary loops and hoops to dive through.I'm a paraplegic two years ago in a motorcycle accident and I'm telling you what I didn't have to even leave my House, I did all this from my bed. Every bit of it. What a game changer. And I appreciate Zack for his patience and his understanding. This has been a nightmare for the past two months almost. My kids father was arrested because he had a warrant out for his arrest for not showing up to court. He was told by his former lawyer that he didn’t have too. Well he did, and instead of the company calling to tell us that they made a mistake they called to let him know that he was assigned to another attorney and that he had a warrant out. No apology nothing. Dealing with Eli’s county, the attorney, 3 bailsman that has taken my money and could t help. Yvonne has made me feel some type of relief just patience. She has been really really amazing and I really do appreciate this for even taking the opportunity to even taking the chance on us. They just really do not understand what they are doing for people, especially for people who just made a simple mistake
